Getting Started with Edmond Trader Funding
Your complete guide to creating an account, choosing a plan, and beginning your trading journey.
1. Understanding Our Platform
Edmond Trader Funding is a proprietary trading firm that evaluates traders in a simulated environment. Successful traders who meet our criteria follow the rules and can earn payouts.
Evaluation Accounts
Start with an evaluation account where you demonstrate your trading skills in a simulated environment. These accounts have specific profit targets and risk management rules that must be met to qualify for a funded Performance Account.
- Available in $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, and $150,000 sizes
- Require meeting profit targets within specified trading days
- Must adhere to maximum loss limits and daily loss limits
- Trailing stop protection to manage risk
Performance Accounts
Once you successfully complete your evaluation, you'll receive a Performance Account with real firm capital. These accounts offer:
- Access to real trading capital
- Profit sharing (up to 90% after first $25k)
- Monthly or lifetime subscription options
- Ability to request payouts once profit targets are reached
2. Creating Your Account
Step 1: Sign Up
Navigate to our signup page and provide the following information:
- Full name (as it appears on government-issued ID)
- Valid email address (used for account communications)
- Secure password (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers)
- Country of residence
Step 2: Email Verification
After registration, check your email inbox for a verification link. Click the link to activate your account. If you don't see the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait a few minutes (emails may take 2-5 minutes to arrive)
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Contact support if issues persist
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
Once logged in, complete your profile with:
- Phone number for account security
- Mailing address (required for payouts)
- Preferred timezone
- Trading experience level
3. Choosing Your Evaluation Plan
Select an evaluation account size that matches your trading style and risk tolerance. Each plan has different requirements:

4. Payment and Subscription

Subscription Options
Evaluation accounts are available with monthly subscriptions. The subscription fee covers:
- Access to the evaluation account
- Rithmic trading platform access

- Account monitoring and support
Note: Your subscription renews automatically each month until you either pass your evaluation or cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
5. Setting Up Your Trading Platform
After purchasing your evaluation account, you'll receive Rithmic credentials via email. Follow these steps to connect:
Step 1: Download Rithmic Trader Pro
Download the Rithmic Trader Pro platform from the official Rithmic website. The platform is available for Windows. For Mac users, you can use the web version or run Windows via virtualization.
Step 2: Install and Launch
Install the software following the installation wizard. Once installed, launch Rithmic Trader Pro and you'll see the login screen.
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials
Use the Rithmic User ID and password provided in your welcome email. These credentials are unique to your account and should be kept secure.

6. Understanding Your Dashboard
Your account dashboard provides real-time information about your evaluation progress:
Account Balance
Current account equity including open positions and unrealized P&L.
Profit Target Progress
Visual indicator showing how close you are to reaching your profit target.
Risk Metrics
Maximum loss limit, daily loss limit, and trailing stop status.
Trading Days
Number of trading days completed and remaining to meet minimum requirements.
